About

Fabrice Plantier

Addiction therapist

Psychosociologist

For 20 years I worked as a coach, consultant and trainer in management, change management and interpersonal communication (neuroscience).

During those years spent supporting organisations and teams through change, I quickly understood that the deepest resistance to change does not lie within companies, but within individuals themselves.

This is what led me from social psychology to addiction medicine — not as a break, but as a deepening. That journey now feeds my practice: I understand performance pressure, denial mechanisms, silent shame, and the real difficulty of changing something deeply rooted. I am not here to judge. I am here because I have long supported human transformation, and I have chosen to make it the heart of my profession.

My personalised approach is aimed at adolescents, adults, couples, families and relatives or carers facing problems related to addiction.

I offer support based on the helping relationship and on understanding the underlying mechanisms of your addiction.

University Diploma in General Addictology – Paris Saclay

Master’s degree (M2) in Social Psychology – Bordeaux II
